Hello, everyone! Here is the most recently dress-up doll for Superstars released by Stardoll: Vanessa Redgrave! The graphic looks well, but those lips are really creeppy.... (too pink)

Anyway, here is some information:

Vanessa Redgrave, CBE (born 30 January 1937) is an English actress of stage, screen and television, as well as a political activist.

She rose to prominence in 1961 playing Rosalind in As You Like It with the Royal Shakespeare Company and has since made more than 35 appearances on London's West End and Broadway, winning both the Tony and Olivier Awards. On screen, she has starred in more than 80 films; including Mary, Queen of Scots, Isadora, Julia, The Bostonians, Mission: Impossible and Atonement. Redgrave was proclaimed by Arthur Miller and Tennessee Williams as "the greatest living actress of our times," and she remains the only British actress ever to win the Oscar, Emmy, Tony, Cannes, Golden Globe, and the Screen Actors Guild awards. She was also the recipient of the 2010 BAFTA Fellowship "in recognition of an outstanding and exceptional contribution to film."

HB Emerald Flamenco Skirt

The last hotbuy of September has been released in starplaza. It's one of my favourite hotbuys this month, I really like it although I wish it was longer. What do you think about this hotbuy? Are you going to buy it for 22sd?

The skirt is inspired by Thakoon, thanks to media partner Hotbuys Addicted. Personally I don't think the skirts are that similar, anyway which skirt do you prefer?

So I captured my friend, yes I did , I’ll be honest about that But I truly like this outfit!The way she used the bows from the pot to make her belt!And how she layered the coke cans under to make it look like there’s red underneath!The wings make it look like shes a fairy-you know , how they wear the flowery dresses and such!Im not too fascinated with the heart on her ankle but I guess that’s her touch and that’s okay!And lastly-The cute bird!Awee (-: Maybe since shes a fairy that’s her pet?!?Who knows!ahaha (::

Amber_Doll:I'm not too keen on this one. The concept of using plants to make an outfit is a good idea but this just doesn't really work for me. It's not pieced together as well as other outfits I've seen. The bottom part of the dress isn't so bad but the big plant on top looks a bit odd. Still though at least she tried something different so I'll give her credit for that.

Hello, everyone! I am sorry for no posting, but yesterday was released a new dress-up doll for Superstars named Paul Dano! The graphic looks well in my opinion...

Information:

Paul Franklin Dano (born June 19, 1984) is an American actor and producer. He has appeared in films such as L.I.E. (2001), The Girl Next Door (2004), Little Miss Sunshine (2006), There Will Be Blood (2007), and Where the Wild Things Are (2009)

Dano was born in New York City, the son of Gladys (née Pipp) and Paul Dano. He spent the first few years of his childhood in New York City and initially attended the Browning School, while his father worked as a businessman in New York.

While he was still a child, Dano's family moved from New York to New Canaan, Connecticut, finally settling in Wilton, Connecticut, where Dano continued his education at Wilton High School, graduating in 2002 to further attend Eugene Lang College in New York, NY.

As a child he was involved in community theatre, and while performing in New Canaan his parents were encouraged to take him to New York City. At age 10, he was quickly scouted for roles in plays on Broadway, making his debut at age 12 in a revival of Inherit the Wind along with George C. Scott and Charles Durning. At age 17, Dano acted in his first major film role as Howie in L.I.E.

New Limited Store in Starplaza - Museum Mile

Well....i have to say that i love art myself....and i'm glad stardoll did such movement...i don't know though if i like the fact that this store is Limited....i mean... it's art and since this is a web sites for kids...should be available for anyone...just a thought!!

There are also some clothes in the new section that go with the store....some of the dresses are amazing...they clothes are NOT limited

Hey everyone! It's Jessica for Tuesdays Captured. I had my first field hockey game this Monday. and my team won! ^-^ Anyways, enough about me! Today I captured Trendsetter88. Last week I saw her and really wanted to Capture her so I captured her this week! I think her outfit is really good. Her rooms are amazing too.. I really like this outfit because the color and the way she designed the outfit. She did a very good job with color coordinating. Surprisingly I don't think all the jewelry is too much. I love the shorts and the blouse. I like the color of the shorts and just the way the blouse looks.

Opinions from the Captured team:

Amber_doll: I quite like this outfit. She really has coordinated the outfit well everything matches. I love the mix of brown tones with the gold accessories. I can't find anything that I dislike it all works so well together. Good choice. :)

Anastasiarts: It is very nice!! The colours are nice and all the clothes look very nice together. I personally like the bottom more than the top :) I think it is a little over-accessorized, but overall, nice work!

Lovelyhula: This has alot of different layerings and colors , In my opinion it matches very well!The makeup and hair match it well too! 8/10 Amazing!

Overall I think it got good ratings. What do you think?

Information:

Helle Thorning-Schmidt (Danish pronunciation: [ˈhɛlə ˈtoɐ̯neŋ ˈsmed]; born 14 December 1966) is a Danish politician. She has been leader of the Danish Social Democrats since April 2005 and is set to become Prime Minister of Denmark in October 2011.

Thorning-Schmidt served as a Member of the European Parliament from 1999 to 2004 before being elected to the Danish Parliament in 2005. She replaced Mogens Lykketoft as party chair after the 2005 parliamentary election. She led her party through the 2007 parliamentary election but failed to gain a majority. Following the September 2011 parliamentary election, she is expected to be appointed as Prime Minister of Denmark if she succeeds in negotiating a government platform with the other opposition parties. If appointed by Queen Margrethe, she will become Denmark's first female Prime Minister.

Thorning-Schmidt holds degrees in political science from the University of Copenhagen and the College of Europe.

Hello USD readers it's Amber again for Mondays captured column. I found a lot of great outfits this week so it was very hard to choose just one but when I saw this outfit created by -sakhura- I just knew it was the perfect choice. What I like about the dress is how she has used the peacock feathers. A lot of the time I see outfits where people have just thrown a bunch of interior items on all together and don't seem to know when to stop adding things and the result is overkill. This is why I love this outfit because she has added just the right amount of feathers, she didn't overkill the outfit by adding too many. Her hair, make-up and jewellery all match the dress too making the whole outfit look very elegant and formal.

Now lets see what the rest of the team thinks...

Jpstar135, I like this outfit! I love the peacock feathers on the dress! It's a very well designed outfit. It looks like it took a lot of time. I know I would never be able to do that! xD Anyways, I also like the jewellery because it makes the dress look fancier and everything. Love the outfit and great job! =)
